Background Information:

Aadarsha International Training Institute (AITI) was established in 2007. It is registered in Office of Company registrar and affiliated to CTEVT and its head office is situated in Godawari Municipality ward no. 12, Lalitpur. It has been working continuously in training and employment generation sector for improve of livelihood through the skilled development of youth. Our organization has perceived proper and professional skill and art for human development is one of key assets. Further, human development leads to optimal utilization of opportunities and natural resources resulting to the sustainable livelihood.

AITI have successful executed varieties of professional training, to diverse community and physiographical region. It have implemented it training from urban lime Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur  to distance rural community of Sindhuli, Ramechhap, Kavre, Dolakha,  Nawalparasi, Papla, Arguhakhanchi, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Morang and Sunsari . Till date it has conducted more than 350 training events and skill test trained 7000 youths. 

AITI have always included highly qualified, experience and competent staff and instructors. It has always resulted with excellent job executing with designed training, facilitating trainee with motivation and backstopping, monitoring and evaluation and continuously review to address the challenges. AITI is always open for the further development of staffs and instructors. AITI is operating with well established chain of command with democratic organization structures.
