Background Information:
Aadarsha International Training Institute (AITI) was established in 2007. It is registered in Office of Company registrar and affiliated to CTEVT and its head office is situated in Godawari Municipality ward no. 12, Lalitpur. It has been working continuously in training and employment generation sector for improve of livelihood through the skilled development of youth. Our organization has perceived proper and professional skill and art for human development is one of key assets. Further, human development leads to optimal utilization of opportunities and natural resources resulting to the sustainable livelihood.
AITI have successful executed varieties of professional training, to diverse community and physiographical region. It have implemented it training from urban lime Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur to distance rural community of Sindhuli, Ramechhap, Kavre, Dolakha, Nawalparasi, Papla, Arguhakhanchi, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Morang and Sunsari . Till date it has conducted more than 350 training events and skill test trained 7000 youths.
AITI have always included highly qualified, experience and competent staff and instructors. It has always resulted with excellent job executing with designed training, facilitating trainee with motivation and backstopping, monitoring and evaluation and continuously review to address the challenges. AITI is always open for the further development of staffs and instructors. AITI is operating with well established chain of command with democratic organization structures.

AITI set a mission to direct strength of youth toward development and prosperity. Motivating and skill transformation of dynamic, strong, capable to learn youth that will ooze optimum income. Finally it will generate competent youth to fulfill the domestic labor and job market.

AITI has established with a vision of community without any disparity based on gender, caste and region, youth contributing in economic development and poverty alleviation and motivating youth to work in own community and find opportunities cope with challenges. It has always looked youth employment, living with self esteem in community and participating in economic development of the nation.
Objectives of AITI
- This company conducts vocational training and consulting services, on Building Electrician, Tailoring, Assistant Beautician, Hand Embroidery, Junior Poultry technician, Offseason Vegetable producer, Mason, Plumbing, Thanka arts, and Carpentry etc. along with handicraft after getting permission from concern institutions.
- The events related to traditional cultural, Skill based handicrafts of our country should be exhibited within the country and in foreign country also.
- Manage to help and provide an opportunity to the artists (Skill able manpower) those who are concerned in different skill sectors to exhibition of their arts or talent.
- To conduct feasibility study and market exploration for the labor market for wage employment and self-employment.
- To enhanced employability of the vocational training graduates.
- To provide skill training as per labor market demand and provide services to create employment by developing skills.
- To provide entrepreneurial skill and credit linkage to the unemployed youths and micro entrepreneurs as per market demand.
- To support to market linkage for sales of the products produce by entrepreneurs.

Major objective of AITI is to conduct training service and employment/ Job placement services for those who are poor and disadvantage people group. To achievement the objective of AITI we deeply studied on the various related subjects like: Market Survey of labor, trend of labor, government Policy, state of foreign employment and fluctuation of demand of Skillful manpower that's why AITI has been successes on their path. Organizational Structure
The governing body of the company is the board of shareholder and Managing Director has cent percent share in the company and the board of shareholder is represented by himself alone. The managing director made decision on policies, strategic issues related to the company in consultation with the other non-shareholder company’s senior staffs. Thus company has developed the strategically mechanism to movement their staffs to achieve accomplishment. That mechanism chart is as given below.
