Objectives of AITI

• This company conducts vocational training and consulting services, on Building Electrician, Tailoring, Assistant Beautician, Hand Embroidery, Junior Poultry technician, Offseason Vegetable producer, Mason, Plumbing, Thanka arts,  and Carpentry etc. along with handicraft after getting permission from concern institutions.
• The events related to traditional cultural, Skill based handicrafts of our country should be exhibited within the country and in foreign country also. 
• Manage to help and provide an opportunity to the artists (Skill able manpower) those who are concerned in different skill sectors to exhibition of their arts or talent.
• To conduct feasibility study and market exploration for the labor market for wage employment and self-employment.
• To enhanced employability of the vocational training graduates.
• To provide skill training as per labor market demand and provide services to create employment by developing skills. 
• To provide entrepreneurial skill and credit linkage to the unemployed youths and micro entrepreneurs as per market demand.
